Last night, my boyfriend told me that if I was going to collect “all those cookie recipes,” I had to make more for him. (Apparently a plate full of peanut butter cookies wasn’t enough.)
So today I picked up more vanilla and settled on some nice, simple chocolate chip cookies.
Also, he teased me the whole time about taking pictures, but had an “Ohhh” moment when he looked over my shoulder as I was reading another food blog and saw their in-process pictures.
I’m not going to bother linking to the recipe I used, as it was just your basic recipe, but I wanted to say that the dough was super, super sticky. It was really difficult to drop the balls of dough onto the pan in anything but a blob. And I ran out of parchment paper, so no more cookies until I get more, since it’s a pain to clean the pan between each batch.
