So you know what to expect from this blog, here are some facts about my eating.
- I’m an ovo-lacto vegetarian. That means I don’t eat meat or seafood, but I do eat eggs and dairy products.
- However, my boyfriend loves meat, so I do cook it sometimes. This won’t be 100% vegetarian, but it will be veg*n-friendly.
- I love cheese.
- I eat pasta more often than I should.
- If it can be broiled, I’ll likely broil it.
- I like to experiment with smoothies.
- I don’t own a double boiler, a food processor, or a food/candy thermometer, so my recipes are pretty low-tech.
